When my daughter was born ,quite for few months one of her eye gets unfocussed but refocussed quickly?

at any other thing.she is now 4 yrs old and im thankful to God that shes fine now.now my 1 yr old son still get unfocussed but refocussed.i was firtst thinking tht it might be weak muscles but now im worried.any ideas thank u
