Do u think i should move on in life?

well see me and the daddy of my beautiful daughter of six months have been together for two and ahlf yrs. and here recently i found him talkn to other girls but he didnt meet up with them bc he said he loves me but i dnt feel it there...we are hardly doing nethng nemore..he gets mad and says heartbreaking things to me then will turn around and say he didnt mean it and he loves me i give him my check and tell him to pay bills and he spends the leftovers on hisself....i dnt knw wat to do i was thinkn section 8. wat do u guys think?
